I am grateful to this company for getting our roof on the schedule as soon as possible, given that it was leaking and overdue for replacement. It turned out we had a great deal more rot/damage than expected and this was all replaced (plywood, rafters, etc). I did not understand the scale of the damage but was sent pictures that showed convincingly the extent of damage and replacement. The cost ballooned quite a bit over my budget but the office was responsive to arranging a payment plan, which I am thankful for.

I was delighted with the repair job.  It was very creative and inventive.  It blends perfectly with the roof and it looks very professional.  It’s not conspicuous; no one would even know that there has been a repair. It looks so much better than before!

He explained things that other companies did not. When they did the work it was quick, professional, detailed, and clean. I asked questions during the job and got answers. They made an adjustment that our complicated roof needed. They were a little more expensive than another company but I think truly worth it. Our previous roof installation was such bad quality that I wanted a job that would provide better value. Would definitely use them again.

I got a new roof exactly a year ago! Northwest Roof Service Inc. quoted me a reasonable price and didn't try to upsell me like other companies. They were the 3rd company I got a quote from and they handled all my issues that were pointed out by other companies (without ripping me off). The new roof was on in a day, the next day they finished with clean-up and added the additional venting. I appreciated their professionalism, their speed, and quality of work. With the rainy winter we had, I had no roofing issues!
